Your safety is important to us, so keep the following in mind:

  • Our city tours involve walking, running and dancing. Participants are advised to be in good physical condition. If you have difficulties at any time, inform someone of our team.

  • Please listen carefully to the security announcement at the beginning of the tour.

  • Our routes have been planned with a minimum number of street crossings, but sometimes it is necessary to cross one using pedestrian crossings. Always be attentive to the signals of our energizer.

  • Minors must always be under the supervision of an adult.

  • We have the right of admission of any person under the influence of drugs or alcohol that is considered unsafe or obstructive for our tours.

  • You are responsible for your own safety and belongings during the tour.

  • If you need help during the tour, come to one of the staff members, who will be happy to help you in any way they can

 

Terms of booking BAILALOLOCO Silent Disco Tours

  • Your reservation is not refundable (excluding some circumstances as indicated below)

  • You agree that we can use any photograph or video taken during the tour for use in social and promotional networks.

  • BAILALOLOCO is not responsible for any damage caused to / by third parties.

  • We have the right of admission during the tour if one of our employees considers that it is interrupting or negatively affecting the route. You will not be reimbursed if you are asked to leave the tour.

  • The musical playlist, tour and meeting point of our tours can change and specifically when we organize special themed events. Visit our website to check contents.

WHAT TO PUT ON:

  • Comfortable clothes and shoes.

  • DO NOT ARRIVE LATE: Try to arrive 10 minutes early with your reservation, check the meeting point and get ready to vibrate!

  • METEOROLOGICAL CONTINGENCY: If the weather is mild rainy, the event will continue, it is advisable to go with raincoats to avoid letting us ruin the fun. In the case of a cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, refund or change of date will be accepted.

  • RIGHT OF ADMISSION: The right of admission is reserved for people who are in a state of intoxication and may harm the course of the tour. The consumption of alcoholic beverages during the activity will be prohibited.
