A very fun experience to do in a group
I don't dance much, but I went with a friend and her 7-year-old daughter. In the end I found a group of people who wanted to have a good time, a milk musician and lots of laughs. The girl did not stop laughing and dancing. The approximate time that the session lasts, seemed short.
The helmets are very good, the outside noise is not heard at all
I advise you to bring water and not to go too loaded with clothes. We ended up sweating.
A very fun experience to do in a group.
